The Australian All Schools have been run in Adelaide over the weekend and our Club members have done an outstanding job.

Ella Hose has won both her Para U20 Shot and Discus.  Neha was just 3cm of her best in the U18 TJ.  Hudson ran a a legal PB in the U16 100m Hurdles heats and would have created all sorts of records with his winning 12.66 in the final except for a slightly over the limit 2.2m tailwind.

With both athletes coming off recent bouts of Covid the efforts of Callum to run a PB and Club Record in the U15 2k Steeple (also U16 CR) and and Tom Linnett to come from the clouds in the last 100m of the U14 1500m for a huge win, PB and Club Record,

Heath Fox was sixth in the U15 Javelin, but also had a 2+ metre PB and it was a very tight final.

Day 3 saw two more finalist with Amelia Smith getting through in the U17 100m Hurldes and was just off her PB time of 14.97.  Tom Linnett ran a gutsy race in the U14 800m backing up from yesterdays 1500m win, still running a PB but finishing 4th by a very small margin.

In summary:
4 gold, 3 club records and 5 PBs, not a bad weekend.
