Tayleb Willis has come equal 5th in his pet event the 110m Hurdles at the World Junior Championships that are currently being held in Cali, Columbia.

The World Juniors are the premier Under 20 event of the athletic calendar. Tayleb won heat seven in 13.67, next up he won his semi-final in 13.62 to progress through to the final.  The final lived up to its hype as being one of the races of the meet.  1st place ran 13,23 for the fastest time of the year, 2nd place ran 13.27 for a PB, 3rd of 13.34 ran a Netherlands record, 4th of 13.45 ran a PB, 5th of 13.54 was an Austrian record and Tayleb ran a seasons best of 13.54 for equal 5th.  What a race.
Tayleb continues a long line of Australian representatives for the Club, having someone selected to compete for their country every year since 1983.
