Ringwood had two representatives in this IAAF Continemtal Tour Meet.  Blake Dobay ran in in a hot 400m Hurldes race and improved his PB to 54.45, creeping up a spot on the All Time Lists and Todd Hodgetts got the Shot out over 15m again.
