The Ringwood Athletic Club caters for male and female athletes of all standards, from Primary School (11 years old, usually year 6) including beginners to elite senior athletes. If you are turning 12 by Decemmber 2026 then the Ringwood Athletic Club is the place for you to start your journey.  We provide opportunities to participate at a variety of levels in both senior, under age and over age competition.

At Ringwood you can commence at your standard and step up to higher levels as you improve.

One of the features of the club has been its development of athletes, many members have gone on to win Victorian, Australian, Commonwealth, World and Olympic Championships.
